The video opens with an exterior shot of a modern, gray building with large, dark-tinted windows. A sign above the entrance reads "The After Market." In front of the building, under a red pop-up tent, people are gathered. A white SUV is parked nearby next to a red fire hydrant. The lower third of the screen displays a blue banner with white text. Upbeat music plays throughout.

They shake hands and smile warmly.
Michael: How you doing, man?
Man in black shirt: Hey, buddy, good to see you.
The man in the gray polo speaks to the camera. He is standing in an aisle with shelves of snack foods behind him. A blue banner with white text appears.

Manager, Community Engagement and Outreach
Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid
Michael: I love being able to be out in the community, building those relationships, building the trust, and really just being impactful to the community. So I started with UnitedHealthcare, uh, Health Plan of Nevada back in 2018 as a community health worker.
As he speaks, the video shows a montage of still images. The first is an image of Michael in the grocery store with a photo of him sitting at a table with informational pamphlets and small gift items. In the photo, he is wearing an orange t-shirt that says, "DISCOVER the Difference."
Michael: I was a very boots-on-the-ground, you know, going to members' homes, walk through their health insurance, you know, removing those barriers to care. And that allowed me to kind of grow into an outreach position, even grow even more to be a manager for community engagement and outreach.
The next image shows him in a striped sweater, standing in front of a screen with the "UnitedHealthcare Health Plan of Nevada - Medicaid" logo, presenting to a group of people. This is followed by a shot of him giving a presentation in a different setting. He stands next to a large screen displaying a "Health Education and Wellness (HEW)" slide, which lists various health topics like nutrition, diabetes, and weight management, accompanied by icons. The final still image shows him outdoors, wearing a blue "UnitedHealthcare" t-shirt and sunglasses, standing at an event table with a pink food truck in the background.
Michael: We're all local. Even from my days as a community health worker, we always emphasize that we're local. So we stay abreast of the changes in the community.
The video returns to Michael in the grocery store, having a conversation with the man in "The After Market" t-shirt. They are standing near shelves stocked with canned goods and a large stack of bottled water.
Man in black shirt: We appreciate y'all's support.
Michael: No, it's… glad to be here.
Man in black shirt: Yes, sir.
Michael: One of the things about the health insurance company is that, you know, we want to have healthy outcomes. And not all of it's just the, uh, you know, going to the doctor, but it's helping them get to the doctor, helping them pick up the prescription, helping them remove all barriers. We work with all these organizations to help them uh, reach their goals. Every day you make somebody's day. And that's not everybody can say that. You know, whatever just being open and being a resource or service to the community is just impactful, it's powerful.
The camera focuses on the "UnitedHealthcare" logo on Michael's gray polo shirt.
Michael: It's important to be in the community because I'm able to have direct impact. I just feel drawn to it. Um, it fills my cup up to have, you know, have a chance to talk to partners and really see what they're doing and help them accomplish their goals. Any little thing that I can do to help you further your goal, please let me know and I'll do my best to do it.
Man in black shirt: I appreciate that.
Michael: We don't do it for the thanks, we do it because it's our responsibility to be here and serve the community.
The video concludes with a final shot of the UnitedHealthcare logo, which is a stylized "U." Blue text appears on a white background. The music fades
