Motivate your employees to walk more and earn rewards

The impacts of employee stress, sedentary lifestyles, obesity and unplanned absences may impact health care costs and overall productivity.¹ By encouraging employees to enroll in UnitedHealthcare Motion®, a program designed to promote physical activity through the use of a compatible activity/fitness tracker, you may motivate them to live healthier lifestyles and get rewarded for it by doing more of what they may already do: walk. Employee rewards include deposits into their health reimbursement account (HRA) or health savings account (HSA), as applicable, which can be used to pay for health care expenses and an activity tracker. 

Quit For Life®

Help empower your employees to end tobacco use 

Quit For Life is a tobacco cessation program. It combines physical, psychological and behavioral strategies designed to help employees overcome their tobacco addiction, including electronic nicotine delivery systems or e-cigarettes. 

Quit For Life is provided at no additional cost to eligible UnitedHealthcare members enrolled in fully insured plans.

SimplyEngaged®

Reward employees for taking control of their health

SimplyEngaged and SimplyEngaged Plus provide employees and covered spouses with incentive rewards for completing certain health actions and/or improving their health. 

Help your employees change behaviors by offering incentives and resources to help encourage them to get — and stay — healthier. Employees can earn rewards when any combination of health actions are completed or achieved, up to the annual incentive maximum. Rally® coins are earned by completing various actions on Rally, and can be used by employees to enter sweepstakes for rewards.
